Story

Take on a Challenge of a lifetime in support of Hospice Care.

Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care provides palliative and end of life care to patients with life limiting conditions living in North West Surrey. The hospice also provides care and support to patient’s families and loves ones. The hospice is a registered charity and although we receive some funding, we are reliant on the support of our local community to enable us to continue to provide this care.

When I walked in, I felt held.

Remember no matter how big or small your fundraising target is, it will make a big difference to the lives of our patients and their families.

You never know when you may need to call upon the Hospice yourself, and we really appreciate the support they brought to our family at the end of Mum’s life.
