Making Memories That Last
Working closely with the children’s palliative care team, we provide memory‑making resources such as hand mould kits, photo‑frames and personalised memory boxes . These keepsakes become tangible threads linking families to their child, long after words fade. Evidence shows that memory‑making supports connection and comfort during end‑of‑life care.
Comfort in the Toughest Times
For children at end of life, comfort isn’t just in care—it’s in being home, being soothed, being surrounded by love. Our funding helps supply specialist items such as cuddle beds and therapeutic resources which allow children to be wherever they feel safe, and families to hold close even when the hours are hardest.
Supporting Siblings & Families Too
The loss of a child impacts the entire family—and especially siblings who may feel bewildered, lost or invisible. We also offer age‑appropriate books, and sibling‑support kits so that brothers and sisters can feel seen, heard and included.
Why This Matters
Studies show that memory‑making interventions help with emotional expression, family connection and the preservation of meaningful bonds—even in the most challenging of times.
By donating today, you're doing more than supporting care—you’re supporting dignity, love, and the creation of lasting memories.
