On 25th May, 8 runners from Prestonpans Health Centre will be running the Edinburgh marathon Hairy Haggis relay race, and Gemma Skinner the Prestonpans Community Centre Management Committee treasurer will be running a half marathon.

They are all aiming to raise funds for outdoor gym equipment in Prestonpans.

Running for "Pans Pacemakers" will be Semone Miller from the community district nursing team, May Notarangelo and Leslay Combe patient care advisors and Zain Kapasi GP.

Running for the "Donkeys and Unicorns" team will be Angela Stirling, practice manager, Hannah Bentley patient care advisor and Anna Beedel and Penny Miller GPs.
