We Are Pangs supports parents struggling with perinatal mental illness such as postnatal depression, anxiety, and more. We raise awareness of these issues and campaign for better services. We run peer support groups for parents and train peer support leaders to work with parents in the community.

Story

AlongsideHave you seen that girl?, We Are Pangs creates 5 Parcels of Hope each month, which are then sent to mums who are in need of a lift.

These are simply to offer hope, support and community and to remind mums they are not alone

Nominations for these are parcels are taken each month and then 5 mums are chosen, at random, to receive them.

Parcels include items such as colouring books, snacks, beauty treatments, affirmation cards and more.
