A vital part of the work we do is to control the dog population in the Philippines. So many pet owners cannot afford the operation meaning many dogs end up breeding unwanted puppies. These often end up in the wrong hands or on the street. By offering free spays and neuters, we are controlling the population and spreading the word about sensible pet ownership.
