Message from Head Coach Jason Carlson:

Hello Peacock Family! I want to start by thanking everyone for the great support and encouragement that has come throughout this fall season. Despite the results, we really competed and battled in every match. The score line in many games was not reflective of the quality of play that our guys put in. In a number of games, we have outshot our opponent, created more dangerous opportunities, and out-possessed them, but just haven't been able to record the goal when we needed it. In the end, there have been too many times we couldn’t get both sides of the game taken care of on the same day.

As we work through the remainder of the season and transition into the offseason, our guys will continue to make gains in skill development and physical development in the weight room.

We are also going to focus on the continued improvement of our locker room facility. Because of your generous support this past year, we were able to get lockers for our guys, some flooring, and some banners. One banner even recognizes our 2015 MIAA conference championship team.

Where we need your help is to finish off the locker room with more banners, finish the flooring, drywall one of the walls, and get a projector and screen so we can watch film as a team. We are also looking to add some UIU Soccer-specific furniture in there, so the guys can have more space to hang out and relax before training/games.

We are thankful for every one of our supporters. The opportunity to represent the Peacock Nation is something our program understands and will not take for granted. The future of Peacock Soccer is bright, and with your help, we can continue to develop and enhance our program.
