At Upper Iowa, Peacock Athletics is built on GRIT, PRIDE, and GROWTH — values that drive everything we do, from the classroom to competition and beyond. Gifts to the Peacock Athletics Fund directly power the experiences that unite all of our student-athletes, coaches, and programs under one mission: to compete with determination, represent with pride, and keep growing together. Every dollar given strengthens the foundation that allows our Peacocks to thrive and ensures that each team, no matter its size or sport, has the support it needs to succeed.

The Peacock Athletics Fund fuels many of the department’s most impactful initiatives — from postseason travel that gives our teams a high-level experience while competing for championships, to department-wide student-athlete development programs that build leadership, character, and life skills. Donated funds also help to supplement the operating budgets of our teams to ensure equitable support and meaningful experiences for all. Events like the EmpowHERment Women’s Dinner are also made possible through these contributions, helping us celebrate and elevate the women of Peacock Athletics.

As part of the 4th Annual Peacock Power 24-Hour Challenge, we’ve set a goal of $5,000 for the Peacock Athletics Fund.
