To our incredible alumni, families, and friends of the Upper Iowa cross country and track & field program—

We’re in the heart of a thrilling cross country season, and our student-athletes have been showing grit, growth, and determination with every race this season. As we build toward the GLVC Championships on November 7, the energy and commitment from our team have been inspiring. Each meet has brought us closer together and sharpened our focus for what lies ahead—not just in cross country, but also as we prepare for the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons. With a strong foundation and a competitive mindset, we’re excited to chase personal bests, school records, and podium finishes in the months to come.

Our women have a dedicated, year-round locker room in the Rec Center. This means that we have a space that belongs to our athletes all year long. With your support, we can enhance this space with upgraded amenities, personalized touches, and resources that elevate the daily experience for our student-athletes. Every dollar fundraised will go toward making this locker room feel like home for our program. We'd love for this locker room space to feel like a home-away-from-home for the student-athletes where they can create memories that will pass the test of time.

Competing in the Great Lakes Valley Conference means going head-to-head with some of the best cross country/track & field programs in the Midwest. It’s a challenge we embrace with pride, knowing that every competition is an opportunity to represent Upper Iowa with heart and pride. As our athletes continue to rise to the occasion, your support helps fuel that journey! We will continue to find opportunities to enhance our travel on these trips whether it be through the transportation, lodging, food, or entertainment.
