The Nazareth Trust works in Nazareth, providing primary health care, education and Christian service. It seeks to address the challenges of the region through integration, cooperation and delivery of key services with the love and compassion taught by Jesus.

Story

We're fundraising for the next generation of Nazarene nurses.

For six days, our pilgrimage across the Peak District will take us from Ilam to Eyam as we support the Nazareth Academic School of Nursing, as it marks its 100th anniversary.

We will set off on Monday 5th until Friday 9th May, trekking and praying for our work in Nazareth.

This event will raise funds for the crucial work of the EMMS Nazareth School of Nursing scholarships, giving the next generation of Nazarenes the chance to learn and provide essential medical care to their community.

One Hundred Years

Our school trains local nurses to provide vital and sustainable medical services.

The new Academic School of Nursing building is equipped with the latest technology to enable our students to gain the best nursing skills and hands-on experience possible.

Added to that, our values of love, compassion and respect will ensure our success in providing the best nurses in the country.

Through our programmes, which this fundraiser is supporting, Nazarenes are given quality education to support underserved communities.

Dr Salam Hadid, Director of the School of Nursing, celebrated our 50 students who graduated this year.

“You are our true pride, and your journey reflects the deep-rooted values we instill in our school," she said.

“Over 100 years of dedication, we have witnessed great achievements and significant developments, adapting to many changes in this field and supporting thousands of students in their educational journey.

“This success is the essence of our mission and our everlasting pride."
