Why This Matters
Every month, young people across our community face something many of us never see: having a period without the products they need. It means missed school, lost confidence, and the anxiety of trying to cope without proper supplies.

Who is Girl Pack
Girl Pack is a volunteer-led charity providing free period period packs and products to anyone who needs them. Each pack contains essential menstrual products designed to offer dignity, comfort and reassurance.
Our mission is simple:
to make sure no one feels unprepared, unsupported or alone during their period.

The Great £5k Period Pack Race
This May, in honour of Menstrual Health Day on the 28th May, we're launching a fun, competitive community challenge - Girl Pack Presents: The Great £5k Period Pack Race - to raise £5,000.
And it only takes £3 to join the race.
Just £3 sponsors a Period Pack.
Just £3 ensures someone has the products they need.
Just £3 gives dignity.
