Organised by PURPLE HEART WISHESWe are looking for people to run the Manchester Marathon for us, to help raise funds and enable us to grant wishes to people diagnosed with a terminal illness aged 18-55. Helping them to create memories with their family and friends.

Visit the charity's profilePurple Heart Wishes was started in 2016 in memory of Lyndsey Roughton who passed away at the age of 29 from a Brain Tumour.
When Lyndsey was told her diagnosis was terminal family and friends went out of their way to ensure that everyday was filled with as many different activities as possible to fulfil the time she had left.
After Lyndsey passed the family wanted to do this for others in this terrible situation to experience something wonderful in the time they had left.
