This year we have collaborated with Kislingbury's sunflower and pumpkin farm to make sure left over pumpkins and sunflowers don't go to waste!

We have a team of volunteers ready to collect sunflowers and pumpkins when picking season is over. The seeds will be harvested and packed for our 2024 growing campaign and pumpkins are being collected and distributed across our 9 Community Larders and our homeless kitchen here at Hope.

To help our customers at the Community Larders make the most of their Pumpkins, we will be demonstrating how to prepare tasty meals with pumpkins, we even have tasting sessions planned for the end of October just in time for the arrival of the pumpkins!

We have prepared campaign packs with some fantastic recipes for cooking with pumpkins, waste sunflower activities and pumpkin decorating templates.
