The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profilePicturehouse is proud to be supporting Refuge which helps women and children experiencing domestic violence. Our partnership began last year and saw cinemas across the country taking on innovative and quirky events.
This year we want to take on an even greater challenge: Climbing Mount Snowdon at Night!
Picturehouse Trekkers from across the country will be coming together to take on this iconic challenge to raise money to support Refuge.
Domestic abuse is the biggest issue affecting women and children in our society today. It affects one in four women at some point in their lives and around 800,000 children every year. The money we raise through this trek will enable Refuge to continue to run life saving service like the National Domestic Abuse Helpline, our refuges, outreach and culturally specific services.
Were already off to an amazing start with the hugely successful awareness-raising short film Hide and Seek. This year we are taking things to the next level by aiming to raise £75,000 through our suite of fundraising initiatives, including the Snowdon at Night Trek.
Each Picturehouse trekker has a fundraising target of £300 for the Snowdon trek - keep an eye on this page to see who is at the top of the leader-board!
