I am planning to do a sponsored swim at Holiday Inn Cambridge (and Luke, an off duty member of staff will moderate) to raise money for the scheme and Luke from the club will be counting/verifying them.

The club is only open to members, however if you would like to support me then please let me know in advance and I can sign you in on this occasion, or you can join.

I will swim at least 50 lengths, however :

if I raise at least £250 I'll swim 75,

if I raise at least £400 I'll swim 100 lengths

and if I raise £500 or more then I'll swim 107 lengths of a 15 metre pool (which equates to 1 mile).

Amongst the organisations, I am hoping to help Crossways in Cambridge (20 bed winter accommodation for rough sleepers). The residents will have very little , therefore a PIF evoucher will be given to them (they can choose the shop) so they can buy themselves toiletries, clothing and maybe something to make their room feel more homely (even if it is just for 3 months)

My scheme also supports a wide range of organisations including Caring for Cambridgeshire Homeless (CCH), Bundles that Love, women's refugees, struggling single parent, struggling families, homeless shelters, supported housing [CHS], , I'm happy to take enquiries from any organisation regardless of faith. and the scheme is available nationwide.
