Kent's biggest charity ride is back on Sunday 30th April 2023! Get on your bike and join 1,000 other cyclists of all abilities as you explore the beautiful Kent countryside with friends, family and colleagues. With over £1 million raised for hospice care since 2010, the Cycle Challenge is a firm favourite and its set to be even bigger than ever!

It costs Pilgrims £14 million each year to provide free, specialist end-of-life care to more than 2,500 people across east Kent. Our vision is of a community where people with a life-limiting illness are supported and empowered, together with their family and friends, to live well in mind and body, and make the most of the time they have. We rely on our incredible supporters, like you, to help us reach this total by taking part in events like the Cycle Challenge!
