Kent’s biggest charity ride is back on Sunday 3rd May 2026!

Thank you for joining more than 1,300 cyclists taking on the Pilgrims Hospices Cycle Challenge to raise vital funds for specialist end-of-life care across our community.

It costs in excess of £17 million every year to provide Pilgrims’ free, compassionate care and support to more than 4,000 people living with a life-limiting illness across east Kent. Our vision is simple: a community where everyone facing the end of life is supported and empowered, together with their loved ones, to live well in both mind and body, making the very most of the time they have.

We couldn’t do this without people like you. By riding in the Cycle Challenge, you’re helping to make that vision a reality.

💙 £100 could fund 4 hours of nursing care for someone living with a life-limiting illness - relieving pain, bringing comfort, and supporting them to live well until the end.
