Innerleithen Pipe Band, based in Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders, offers opportunities for children, young people, and adults to come together and play bagpipes and drums in pipe band competition and other events such as local festivals.

Entirely self-funded, the band is fundraising via its annual PipeBand-A-Thon to support its work by providing musical instruments, uniforms and tuition as well as covering all the running costs of a functioning pipe band. One of the major fundraising events of the year, band members will play their instruments in relay non-stop for 12 hours, from 8.00am to 8.00pm, in the Band Hall, Innerleithen. It's a terrific challenge for the band but one we are well capable of meeting. A great musical event and fundraiser, the band uses the event as practice for the forthcoming pipe band season as well as an opportunity to raise much needed funds.

Our main aim this year is to try and re-establish our annual fundraising programme to its pre-Covid levels. With your support we can make this happen!
