Join us as we celebrate 10 years of Popham Kidney Support and providing vital help and assistance to those living with the effects of kidney disease in Wales.

The specialist support we provide helps people of all ages, with an increase of children and adults being diagnosed with kidney disease each year. We have several services available across the country, but our overall aim is to give valuable help to those who are dealing with the effects of kidney disease, as well as practical support and advice on how to navigate day to day life.

As well as raising vital funds to run our services, we aim to help provide funding for specific projects. Throughout 2023, we are focused on raising money to refurbish the Children's Kidney Centre in Cardiff, which is desperately in need of updating.

Whether you run 10 miles, hold 10 bake sales, have a 10-hour cycle, paint 10 paintings, swim 10 lengths, complete 10 marathons, arrange a 'night of 10 things', walk for 10 days or write 10 poems; use your talents to create a completely original challenge! The only rule that applies is that your idea is focused around the number '10' and we'd LOVE for as many people as possible to get involved.
