Story

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive range of therapies, services, current information and support for people affected by Multiple Sclerosis or any other neurological condition. Our treatments are provided in a warm, friendly environment and aim to help reduce the physical, emotional and psychological effects of a life with a neurological condition.

Our members live with a variety of neurological conditions ranging from MS, Fibromyalgia or recovery from a stroke. You can also join the centre as a supporter and if you are interested in the healing benefits of Oxygen therapy for injury or a non neurological illness we would be happy to see you.

You can find us in Bradley Stoke, just off the M4/M5 interchange, near Aztec West.

The Centre was purpose built in 2012 to provide a fully accessible physiotherapy gym, oxygen therapy suite and a variety of individual treatment rooms.

We also have a welcoming café area which provides a relaxing space to sit with a hot drink and chat with friends.

We receive no NHS funding and less than 1% of our costs are met by government sources. We rely entirely upon donations from the public, organisations and community groups. Along with the wonderful fundraisers who take part in events like Take the Plunge!

About the charity

The West of England MS Therapy Centre is part of The Brightwell Partnership. The therapies and support we provide are to help our members maintain independence, minimise their symptoms and to improve general wellbeing. Membership is open to anyone with a neurological condition, such as MS.
