Head Outside brings people and communities together to champion mental health through the power of the outdoors. Our mission is to spark meaningful connections and conversations for better mental health. Through initiatives like Postcards from the Peaks, we combat loneliness by encouraging people to join community walks, send postcards, and share their stories. Our annual Head Outside Awards celebrate individuals and organisations making outstanding contributions to mental health through outdoor experiences. By creating inclusive, supportive events and campaigns, we ensure the outdoors is accessible to everyone, promoting wellbeing and connection.

Story

We have sent over 500 postcards to people who could do with a message of hope. Please help us pay for stamps to post postcards to put a smile on someones face and help them feel less alone!
