Every night the news shows renewed strikes on power infrastructure in Ukraine. Currently in Kyiv hundreds of thousands of people are now without electricity. When the power goes out, life doesn’t just get inconvenient, it becomes dangerous. No heating in freezing temperatures. No refrigeration for medicine. No light, no charging phones, no connection to loved ones.

Through Pickups for Peace, we are already on the ground delivering vehicles and vital aid to Ukraine. Right now, one of the most practical and urgent needs is portable generators.

A single generator costs £400. When delivered, it can restore light, warmth and power to homes, clinics and community spaces. It’s not a long-term promise, it’s an immediate difference.
