Story

“Allowing the divine message to resonate deeply and authentically with the indigenous people.”

This project is located in Sabah, Malaysia, a state with over 30 ethnic groups & 80 languages and dialects.

Our project partner KDMRS Muslim isn't just any NGO; they are specialists in da'wah for the local ethnic communities. Crucially, their Da'ies come from within these very communities, speaking their languages and understanding their cultures.

This culturally-grounded approach has already proven highly effective, most notably in their successful completion of a Quran translation project for the Dusun language.

“I’ve been wanting for this for so long. I was moved to tears when I finally received a Quran translated into my own language.” - Adinah
