In November 2018, Stephen Gilpin started a challenge. A challenge that consisted of him and Ross Burbeary running 10km every day in less than 45 minutes throughout November.

In the years following, the challenge has grown and grown within the footballing community with Prostate United 2021 raising over £140,000 with over 330 participants taking part.

This November marks year 5 of this incredible challenge that has seen over £250,000 raised for Prostate Cancer UK. - Run 5km or Bike 15km a day
