After more than a decade of visionary leadership, Alison Fleming will soon be bidding farewell to Newton Prep School. Since 2013, she has shaped our school into a thriving, nurturing, and inspiring place for children to grow, learn, and flourish.

Her unwavering commitment to academic excellence, inclusivity, and joyful learning has left an indelible mark on the entire school community. Alison has led with grace, humour, and heart—touching the lives of countless pupils, parents, and staff along the way.
