It is estimated that 350,000 tonnes of textiles goes to landfill in the UK every year at a staggering value of £140 million.

By recycling school uniform, we are not only helping to reduce this but we are also helping the local community and both present and future pupils at the school.

As it is a LOT cheaper than buying new, we appreciate you considering a donation instead towards the PTFA - again benefitting present and future pupils.

You can donate whatever you think is appropriate but we would suggest £2 for jumpers, dresses and trousers, £1 for polo shirts, PE kit and shorts or maybe £10 for a bag full.

We are hoping to put any money raised towards an outdoor classroom at the school.
