Join our fitness-driven fundraising initiative on JustGiving! Throughout December, we challenge you to conquer 50 push-ups or squats daily while supporting a noble cause. Our goal is to raise ยฃ1000 per dedicated fundraiser.

How to Participate:
1. Set up your JustGiving fundraising page. (Click "Start Fundraising" on the right-hand side)
2. Commit to 50 push-ups or squats every day from December 4 - 31. This doesn't have to be in one go. Split them into sets of 5 or 10, or split them with a partner, do what you can!
3. Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to sponsor your efforts.
4. Aim to raise ยฃ1000 and secure your chance at winning fantastic prizes!
Please note: Only fundraisers who set up JustGiving pages via the "Start Fundraising" tab will be eligible for prizes.
