This lack of awareness translates to a lack of support and empathy from the general public; fewer opportunities to return to work, education, and social activities; and insufficient funding for aphasia services. To change this, the global aphasia community - spanning 40 countries - has come together to co-design a unified public campaign. It's the first of its kind: built by people living with aphasia, shaped by their stories, and driven by a shared vision for change.
