The Aventum group have chosen to support the MND Association, to both raise awareness of the disease and vital funding to help support both their work in research, and to help find new treatments and ultimately a cure for the future. And, their support grants programme helping to deliver essential support for all those living with and affected by MND now.

Motor Neurone Disease can affect anyone at any time and it affects up to 5,000 adults in the UK at any one time. Its a disease that attacks the nerves that control movement so muscles no longer work and sadly, is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease for which there is currently no cure.

The MND Association is the only charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland focused on improving MND care, research and campaigning.
