This year marks the 80th Anniversary of RAF Regiment. Since its formation in 1942, the RAF Regiment has played a vital role in major operations across the world, including WWII, Northern Ireland, the Falkland Islands and Afghanistan. The RAF Regiment was preceded by the RAF Armoured Car Companies, formed just over 100 years ago in 1921 and based in Iraq, Palestine and Transjordan.

To celebrate 80 years of dedicated service, personnel are undertaking an array of events to raise funds for 2 charities who have supported them and their fellow RAF Family members over the past 80 years and more.

Working alongside each other, the Centurion Fund support and maintain the history, traditions and ethos of RAF Regiment members, many of which the RAF Benevolent Fund have supported in their hour of need. They could not continue to commemorate the RAF Regiment and support members of the RAF Family like them today, without your support.
