Join us on the 18th of September for the most colourful fun run in East Sussex! With a burst of colour at every kilometre, you'll be covered head to toe in your own little rainbow by the end of the race.

This family friendly fun run is open to anyone of any age, and we have family and group rates available. You can run, walk, dance or cartwheel; as long as you are tie-dyed by the end then we don't mind!

Each colourful explosion helps to raise vital funds for St Wilfrid's Hospice. 2021 marks 40 years of Hospice care for our community, from our humble beginnings of day care and community nursing at the original unit in Mill Gap road, to the current hospice which cares for over 2,200 people each year! To this day, the kind support of the community around us funds over 70% of the care we provide for our patients and their families. By supporting the Rainbow Run, you are helping us ensure that we can raise the funds to continue for another 40 years (and beyond!)
