Rainhill Rotary supports Ukraine by transforming Christmas sleigh..Do they know its Easter time at all?

At our business meeting on 10.3.22, we agreed to support an idea to transform our Christmas float using the colours of Ukraine .blue and yellow and create an Easter Egg Theme.

Thanks to the design ideas of Mike Gaffney the next few weeks saw the float change almost beyond recognition . apart from the reindeer who have Ukrainian blankets and Rudolph has yellow and blue antlers and nose!

We obtained the necessary permits for collecting at St Helens Tesco on Good Friday & ASDA supermarket on Easter Monday along with being in Rainhill village on Saturday, 16th April to show our support for the people of Ukraine.
