Forget Me Not is here for families across West Yorkshire whose child has a condition that means they are unlikely to reach adulthood, and for families whose child has sadly died.

By providing superb nursing care, hydrotherapy, creative therapy, days out, memory making, end of life care, bereavement support and counselling, Forget Me Not helps families make the most of every moment they have together.

Over half of the families we support are from Asian or other ethnic minority communities. But we know there are many more families in these communities who are struggling on alone.

To be able to support more families, were appealing for your help. As a charity, less than 6% of our funding comes from the government and NHS, so we rely on individuals, groups, organisations and communities to help us raise the funds we need.

Your generosity will help us meet the needs of more children and families for instance £10 could pay for a childs meals while theyre staying at the hospice. £25 could help fund a bereavement session for a parent or brother or sister, to help them live with their loss. Whatever you give, every penny will make a real difference to local families.
