It costs £5,495 a day to run Raystede and approximatley £2 million a year. The centre is entirely funded by donations and we recieve no government funding or local grants.

Any donations you raise are vital to Raystede as they will help us rescue, re-home and provide permanent sanctuary to over 2,000 animals a year.

Meet Elsa -

We met Elsa when she was just 15 months old. Born in a shed and kept outside her whole life, with no chance to socialise with other dogs, she was scare; constantly on edge and nervous about every aspect of life. Thanks to donors like y, we were able to give Elsa the time, patience and training she needed. Elsa is now the active, friendly dog, we knew she could be who has settled into her loving home.
