Our RDA Superheroes need you!

On Saturday 15th August, RDA participants and volunteers from Park Lane Stables will be taking part in the Superhero Tri, powered by Marvel.

Their challenge is no easy feat. They'll be conquering a 150m swim, powering through a 3km bike ride, and finishing with a 1km walk, wheel, or anything in between. Every participant will be giving it their all, overcoming personal challenges and proving that superheroes come in all abilities.

They're taking on this epic challenge to raise vital funds for the Riding for the Disabled Association.

At RDA, we enrich lives through horses. Since 1969, we have been supporting disabled children and adults through activities including riding, carriage driving, and equine-assisted programmes such as Quiet Corners and Tea with a Pony. Each year, over 39,000 people benefit from our life-changing work, improving their mobility, physical health, mental wellbeing, confidence, and skills.
