Regenerate gets to know individuals to help them uncover their potential and nurture their hopes to see transformation in their communities from the inside out.

Regenerate was set up and remains run by residents from The Alton Estate, SW15. It provides positive activities for children and young people and works alongside them to improve their health and wellbeing helping them to develop a vision for their future. The Ashburton Youth Centre and The Juice Bar in Roehampton both provide safe places for young people after school where they can engage in many activities such as fitness and exercise, pool or table tennis, football, music workshops, cooking workshops, coaching and mentoring opportunities. All the Regenerate activities try to focus on supporting young people to understand the unique contribution they have to make in the world and help equip them to take a lead in their community to make a difference for good.
