A Night That Changes Lives – Support Our Charity Fundraising Event

After years of isolation, anxiety, and hardship brought on by the pandemic, the need for mental health support has never been greater. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our first Charity Fundraising Night since lockdown, in support of Relationships Sussex (formerly Relate West Sussex).

We’re bringing our community together for an evening of celebration and fun with:

* Amazing auction prizes and raffle draws

* A licensed bar, delicious buffet, and a live DJ

* Lots of laughter, connection, and maybe even some dancing!

But behind the excitement lies a serious mission: to raise funds that enable us to deliver counselling and therapy services to people across Sussex and surrounding counties—no matter their financial situation.

We offer:

* Couples counselling, to help rebuild and strengthen relationships

* Children’s and young people’s therapy, to support mental health from the start

* Adult individual counselling, to help people through life’s toughest challenges

* Sex therapy, to support intimacy and well-being

Whether online, over the phone, or face-to-face, our services are accessible and inclusive. And thanks to generous donations like yours, we can offer subsidised sessions to those who otherwise couldn’t afford help.
