Story
Suicide is one of the leading causes of death for men, and male survivors are even more likely to experience difficulties surrounding their mental health. We want to encourage men to push through the barriers that often prevent them from reaching out for support.
In honour of the 102 men who die by suicide each week in the UK, we’re encouraging people to do 102 repetitions of an exercise of choice throughout November. Choose what feels achievable for you, whether that's 102 push ups a day, 102 squats a week or 102km of running in the month. The main thing is to get involved, tag us in your social media posts and share the fundraising page!
Together we can encourage more men to talk openly about their mental health and find support in community. Thank you for joining us!
