Round 17 of the Gallagher Rugby Premiership, (29-31 August) is dedicated to Restart and supporting players' mental health.

Every penny raised across Round 17 for the charity, will go directly to funding our 24/7 Confidential Counselling Service. The service is fully funded by Restart and it gives over 1,200 current and former players access to professional support from trained professionals, should they be struggling with their mental health.

The reality is that 1 in 4 people in the UK will suffer a mental health issue in any given year. Rugby players are no exception.

We invest up to £60,000 every season to provide mental health support for our players. But we need your support to make sure we can continue fund our counselling service for our players that need it.
