Have you ever imagined life without sight/vision just because you can't afford the cost of glasses or the cost of a minor eye operation .
Can you imagine gradually loosing your sight every day knowing you can't recover your vision back just because you can't afford the cost of a glaucoma eye drop or access eye care.
These thoughts are at the core of our eye care project to reach the people in very rural low income communities across Africa ,this time around we are reaching out to children, adults and vulnerable adults in Uganda
Giving a pair of glasses means a child who is extremely short sighted or longsighted can comfortably read and learn in school acquiring education and same for adults .
Giving a glaucoma eye drop means a person living with glaucoma doesn't continue losing vision that they can't recover back.
Sponsoring cataract surgeries means someone who has completely lost sight can see again
