Thousands of young people across the UK face barriers to employment. Many young people find themselves trapped in a vicious cycle. Unemployment has been linked to low self-esteem, stress and unhelathy behaviours, which only makes finding work and breaking out of the cycle, even more challenging! We want to prevent any young person from being left behind.

Through Resurgo's award winning Spear Programme, more than 9000 young people so far have been equipped with the skills and mindset they need to find and thrive in work, giving them a brighter future and transforming their communities in turn. 75% of the young people we work with get into work and are still there a year later!
