Christmas is a season of giving — a time to spread joy, kindness and connection.

At South West Yorkshire NHS Foundation Trust, our incredible staff do everything they can to make our wards feel festive — but we need your help to bring that extra bit of cheer to those spending Christmas in hospital.

Around 500 of our patients will be staying on wards this festive season. For many, being away from home and loved ones on Christmas Day can feel especially isolating. We want to ensure every one of them wakes up to a thoughtful gift to open on Christmas morning — a moment of joy that shows someone is thinking of them.

How can you help?

We’re aiming to provide every patient with a wrapped gift, up to the value of £10.
