Story
Covid-19 may have postponed our physical one day bike ride event planned at Salcey Forest, but are you still up for a challenge over May Bank Holiday Week?
We need you to join us in raising money by completing a virtual challenge, individually or as a family along with all the other Ride For Hope cyclists?
Our challenge is to ride the equivalent distance from Northampton to New York a whopping 3,538 miles / 5,693 kms as a group of cyclists, all registering our daily distances on our dedicated Strava Group https://www.strava.com/clubs/633211 .
For those unable to access Strava send your results to Robertw@pidy.com.
Register your £5 entry on Eventbrite https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/northampton-hope-centre-virtual-cycling-challenge-tickets-103120614534 .
The ride takes place over a week from Monday 4th May to midnight on Sunday 10th May.
You can ride on as many different occasions in that week to add to the accumulator.
Register now on Eventbrite & start practicing now to ride as far as you can on our Bank Holiday week challenge!
(Remember to cycle responsibly; keeping your personal 2 metre distance, and only cycling alone or with a member of your direct family).
