You see, there really is no excuse! It could be a commitment to cycle to work every day with an office sweepstake to see how long until you get the bus or get your team to a group spinning class every week for the month or set yourself a challenging distance to attempt. This could be 5 or 500 miles, whatever is a challenge for you.
