That’s not just a statistic: it’s potential, purpose, and talent going to waste. 💔 At RISE UP, we refuse to accept this as the status quo.

Small tweaks won't fix this, we need bold, collective action!

RISE DAY takes place on Friday 20th June 2025 and it is our annual flagship fundraiser dedicated to creating real career opportunities.

This year, our aim is clear: we want to raise £20,000 to directly fund a Programmes Admin Apprenticeship for a marginalised young person, creating a direct pathway into youth work. With only 5.5% of charity sector employees under 25 (as of June 2024), your support not only transforms a young person's future but also enables us to support countless others.

We need employers and individuals who back potential over polish. Talent is everywhere, even if opportunity isn’t.

Your contribution will help fund:

- A dedicated apprenticeship role (Programmes Admin Apprentice)

- Personalised mentorship and career coaching to disadvantaged young people

- More pathways into employment

- Edale Skyline Challenge – 21 miles, incredible views, challenging trails, unforgettable experiences.

- Mam Tor & The Great Ridge – 8.5 miles of breathtaking scenery, historic paths, and accessible adventure.
