At Ronald McDonald House Charities we provide free 'home away from home' accommodation at specialist children's hospitals across the UK, enabling families to stay close to their child and maintain a degree of normal family life.

With our 14 Houses across the UK, we helped over 8,000 families stay together in 2023. Many more need our help and we need your support to continue keeping families close. To help raise funds, we have an incredible team of runners taking part in the Santa in the City 2024.

Taking place on Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 December, our supporters will take to the streets of London dressed as Father Christmas to raise funds for us.
