The RNLI Tower Run is the tallest and toughest tower run event in the UK with participants taking on the 58 floors, and over 1,500 stairs at 22 Bishopsgate in the heart of London - the site on which the RNLI was founded 200 years ago!

You can choose to run, walk or crawl(!) your way to the top- whichever works best for you! Once you have finished this amazing challenge, you can rightly toast to your achievements whilst enjoying amazing uninterrupted views across the city.

RNLI lifeboats on the Thames protect hundreds of communities in London through our 24-hour search and rescue service. They rely on the safest, most reliable lifeboats and modern stations to launch from, the best kit, and equipment we can offer to ensure our volunteer crews reach everyone in need. Across London and the UK and Ireland, sea and river waters remain unpredictable and can catch people out.
