Rock Trust aims to prevent youth homelessness and to support young people to build better futures. Our role is to advise, educate and support young people. We want to enable them to build the personal skills and resources required to make a positive and healthy transition to adulthood.

Story

Our incredible runners are taking on the challenges of the Edinburgh Marathon Festival to raise funds and end youth homelessness in Scotland for good.

Housing is a human right, but housing alone won’t end youth homelessness.

We need to look beyond housing. What prevents homelessness and stops it from recurring is early intervention and tailored support.

That’s where the support of our communities becomes vital. The most transformative parts of our work, mental health services, skill development, youth work, drop-in services, and outreach in schools and communities, are funded through donations.

By running for Rock Trust, or donating to support our amazing runners, you are funding these life-changing services.

“I finally feel a sense of belonging and support that I never had before. Through therapy and the help I’ve received, I’ve learned healthier ways to cope and have become emotionally stronger. Now, I have a renewed sense of hope and determination. I can finally see my own worth and believe in my potential to grow.” – Laura, a young person supported by Rock Trust.
