Greater Spokane County Meals on Wheels is the largest home meal delivery service in Spokane County. Every day, we prepare 1,200 meals fresh in our kitchen to be delivered to seniors in their home or at one of our 12 Silver Cafes. Donate or Volunteer at GSC Meals on Wheels.
