The pandemic has been a time of great worry and uncertainty for us all. We hope that you and your loved ones are in good health.

The Robert Sinclair Davidson Foundation offers financial support to families in Yorkshire who have been affected by a life-limiting illness. We believe passionately that life doesnt end when illness begins.

We are really concerned about the negative impact coronavirus has had on our fundraising and on the families that we help. All of our events have been cancelled and we have had a devastating loss in income.

We urgently need your help to keep on being a lifeline for our families, more than ever before.

We need to raise £28,000 to help 3 local families in their desperate time of need.

Rachel, 40, has Mitochondrial Disease. Her mobility is deteriorating significantly and she is having lots of falls. She is worrying about how she could take care of her six-year-old son, Ethan, as well as caring for her mum who has Dementia.

Your gift could provide a lightweight wheelchair for Rachel and give her the freedom she so desperately needs. Ethan can assist her and they can spend quality time together, outside.

Sarah, 31, has breast cancer. Having endured sessions of chemotherapy, a mastectomy and breast reconstruction, she has been left with nerve damage to her arm. Sarah has two small children so is trying to care for them and do the housework without being able to move her arm properly.

Your gift could buy Sarah a Dyson.

Paul, 45, has Motor Neurone Disease (MND). He needs to make adaptations to his house to help him live with MND.

Your gift could buy Paul a wet room.
