Visit the charity's profileStarting September 1, join us for a Couch to 5K program to prepare for the Ranken Jordan 5K for Play on October 7. Invite your friends, family and community to join you in this challenge or support you by donating to your page.

After completing this September challenge, join us on October 7 for our second annual 5K for Play! To register for this event, click here.
1. Click the orange "Start Fundraising" button on this page.
2. Then select Start for the "Fitness at Home" option.
3. For the type of activity choose "Appeal for a charity".
4. Create your own title in Activity Details.
5. We have a goal set at $500 but feel free to set your own goal!
6. Add your name behind the Running Beyond the Bedside for the page title (ex. RUNNING BEYOND THE BEDSIDE: insert name).
7. Customize your reason for why you are raising money to support Ranken Jordan.
8. Once going through each step, review the final page and then launch your fundraiser!
9. Now that your page is live, you can link your fitness tracker to record your mileage throughout the month by scrolling down and connecting through Strava or Fitbit.*
10. Share with your community and get walking!
